I photographed Gabriel and his team's latest creation, the UBE PEARL. This ethereal dessert blends spiced passionfruit, banana, ube granita, and milk chocolate brownie, delivering a perfectly balanced composition. Pair it with a masterfully crafted latte for the ultimate dessert experience in Midtown Manhattan.
In the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn, Michelin-starred Francie offers an unforgettable dining experience. I had the privilege of photographing Pastry Chef Justin Binnie’s exquisite desserts – creations so stunning, they’re (almost) too beautiful to eat. Each image captures the artistry and elegance behind every bite, showcasing their sculpted beauty and intricate detail.
Located on the 101st floor of 30 Hudson Yards, Peak with Priceless is a space that combines breathtaking views of New York City with elevated menus and a vibrant yet sophisticated atmosphere.
The espresso martini, Peak’s signature cocktail, embodies the restaurant’s philosophy: bold, refined, and expertly crafted. I aimed to capture the rich color and velvety layers, with each image cohesively highlighting the warm espresso tones as well as the sleek interior design of the room. Together, these visuals transform Peak into more than just a destination, but an experience.
This photo series for Villeroy & Boch's 'Like Glass' collection showcases the elegance and versatility of the glassware. The transparency of the glass highlights the rich espresso tones, while dark wood elements add warmth and depth to the composition. Photographed by me, the imagery blends sophistication with natural textures, creating a more dramatic and inviting interpretation of the brand's refined aesthetic.
My vision for this collaborative shoot between Brooklyn Coachworks and Afficionado Coffee was to capture the essence of craftsmanship, discovery, and passion. Shot on location in Bedford Williamsburg, this project features a Masai Red Land Rover Stage 1 V8 alongside a specialty coffee brand that promotes adventure and sustainability.
Through these images, I aimed to visually express a narrative where the everyday traveler finds connection in the comfort of coffee as a travel companion. This project reflects the idea that great journeys, like great collaborations, begin with intention and a sense of adventure.
During my journey to Nicaragua, I traveled from Managua to Dipilto to visit one of Afficionado’s coffee farms and meet our producers. Dipilto is home to a community of small-scale farmers 1,650 meters above sea level and led by Merlin Preza, who has been pioneering fair trade practices and sustainable coffee production in Nicaragua for over two decades.
In February, I had the opportunity to visit Merlin’s farm, La Huicoya, where I documented this year’s harvest and learned directly from the producers about their growing techniques. These images include a visual inspection of the beans by the expertise of a Q Grader and moments from my 9+ hour drive from Managua to Dipilto. I also captured Wilmer Zuniga, president of the local coffee cooperative, showing me firsthand the labor involved in picking ripe coffee cherries near the Honduran border, and the process at the coffee farm and post-production stages.
This experience not only allowed me to create content in remote Latin American destinations but also provided insights into the craftsmanship behind some of the world’s finest coffee!
This project was captured with my Canon AE-1 series film camera during sunset hours, this collection of images focuses on the intimate warmth and textures of my home. The soft glow of light and shadow creates a serene atmosphere, with yellow and warm tones beautifully highlighted in each room.
Shot on Portra 800 film, these images showcase the unique grain and heightened contrast adding character, bringing each room to life with timeless nostalgia.

I creative-directed and photographed this collaboration with Blue Cove Preserves, capturing the essence of a luxurious yet intimate dinner party. The imagery showcases a beautifully chaotic celebration.
Shared on my main Instagram (@John_Supnik), this collaboration reached over 400,000 accounts and received more than 70,000 likes, connecting a global audience to meet the brand.
These product images for AlchemyTT Hair capture a natural, organic aesthetic, with a primary focus on showcasing the intricate details of the bottles. The minimalistic style highlights subtle tones and textures, creating a cohesive, refined look that reflects the brand's commitment to purity and sustainability.
For Blind Barber, a brand blending grooming expertise with sustainable design, I produced high-quality product imagery that highlights their commitment to style and sustainability.
Capturing the essence of their haircare line, I aligned each set of images with the brand's values using natural tones and soft, ambient lighting to create an authentic, organic atmosphere. These product images were designed to drive sales and elevate Blind Barber's presence across social media, web, and marketing campaigns.
For this project, I was tasked with curating and transforming the Instagram presence of Afficionado Coffee Roasters, a brand seeking to establish an adventurous yet elegant identity. Their primary goal was to drive sales by refining their visual brand identity rather than focusing solely on social engagement.
The brand wanted: A cohesive and sophisticated online presence, aesthetic consistency aligning with earth and jewel tones and a content strategy centered around storytelling and lifestyle visuals that evoked adventure and luxury.
To achieve this, I focused on:
Defining a Structured Content Order: Organized the feed into a repeating sequence of collaboration, travel, coffee shop, roastery and product posts, with engaging Reels strategically integrated to maintain audience interest.
Establishing Visual Brand Guidelines: Developed a digital brand book, including a curated color palette, consistent use of natural textures and lighting, and a focus on lifestyle photography.
Creating Visual Cohesion: Thoughtful use of hands and natural elements for inclusivity and focus on product use, avoided cluttered graphics keeping imagery clean and elegant, maintained brand consistency across all posts through careful lighting and texture choices.
Introducing Strategic Campaigns: Proposed engaging giveaways, creating a balance between curated imagery and interactive content that resonated with the target audience.
The Results:
I redesigned visual content templates to align with the brand's desired identity, resulting in a polished and professional Instagram presence. Developed and maintained a content calendar to ensure consistency in posting and product/event promotion. More than doubled the Instagram following organically since joining the team and boosted product sales through a sophisticated and consistent brand aesthetic.
